Crystal Dining At Shell Point

The 15,000 SF project included the complete overhaul of the main kitchen and dining hub at Shell Point Retirement Community. Demolition removed the interior to the bare structure, which was reinforced to accommodate six new commercial hoods. Spray insulation was applied to the building envelope, and every surface was refinished. Top-grade epoxy flooring was used in the kitchen to withstand direct contact with extreme temperatures. The dining restaurant was greatly modernized and fitted with wood ceilings, a private dining room, a fully functional display kitchen, and a new fire deck pizza oven. All new plumbing, mechanical, and electrical systems were upgraded, complete with a state-of-theart lighting and sound system. The project also contained a new outdoor dining area equipped with a covered aluminum canopy and upgraded courtyard atmosphere.
