Construction management services were provided for an HVAC replacement and expansive building renovation. The interior of the upstairs was renovated to accommodate more functional workstations.  Security features were enhanced with the renovation of the first-floor reception desk and city council chambers. ADA improvements were made to the building entrances and all restrooms.  The renovation also included a complete reroof of the facility as well as new flooring and interior painting. Once the project was started, it was determined that the existing windows were leaking causing mold issues that required remediation. All existing windows were replaced and tested for water tightness.
