Fort Myers Country Club

Construction Management Services were provided to restore the 100-year-old golf course, bathrooms, and Club House Pro Shop. All of these renovations were completed within six months of the start date. A new weir was added to the existing canal that runs into the Caloosahatchee River. New pumps were added to the pump house. Greens and bunkers were elevated, and improvements were made to the irrigation, drainage, and utility services. A new lake and three water retention/detention basins were added to improve a drainage problem, as well as improving the water quality. Renovations of the golf course fairways, roughs, sand traps, greens, tees, and pathways provided a well-needed facelift for the course.
